Comments: After viewing the website, I called the merchant for confirmation that the product was a genuine Toyota part and to make sure it was the right model for my car. I left a message, as it was after hours and a 3 hour difference. I was contacted by the merchant the following early afternoon. He made sure that all my questions were answered. Delivery info and confirmation was emailed to me by the company and the shipper for tracking. I was very impressed with the efficiency of all involved.
