I had thought the paint sent to me was old and had separated. It had more of a watery consistency. I called to obtain a replacement and was told that my pearl paint was a 2 color process. A base coat was needed under my actual pearl paint. The gentleman I spoke to sent me the base paint without charge. Talk about customer satisfaction! I have other classic cars that I will definitely be ordering paint from Brandsport ONLY from now on. Paint also matches and is of a great quality.
