When will I receive my order?

We feel it is very important that we maintain an open line of communication with you during your order process. Therefore, we go to great lengths to ensure that you are kept up to date and well informed from the minute you place your order with us.

Availability:
On every order page in our web store, you will see an availability estimate. This estimate will appear near the bottom of the page by the "add to cart" button. Please note that this estimate represents the approximate number of business days from the day we receive and confirm your order, until the day the item will ship from our warehouse. Please be aware that your item(s) may ship before or after this availability estimate. In either case, you will be notified via email of any changes in your order status.

Shipment:
We usually ship orders via UPS (United Parcel Service) or USPS (United States Postal Service). Depending on your location, you can expect to receive your package within 2-7 days from the time your order leaves our warehouse. When your order is shipped you will receive an order confirmation which will include a link for you to track your shipment (not available for USPS service).

Holidays:
Shipments during certain holidays may be delayed due to carrier volume. If you need your order by a certain day please let us know when placing your order so we can expedite your order to you so you have it when you need it.
