How can I track the status of my order?

You can rest assured you will enjoy full access to your personal order status page with our automated tracking feature.

Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation, sent to the email address you provided with your order, which will contain a link to your personal order tracking page. From there, you can view all of the details pertaining to your order.

Listed under each item of your order you will see an area highlighted in red print which indicates the shipping status of each item (ex: “Shipped”, “Will ship within 24 hours”, etc.). This will allow you to see up to the minute order status information for your entire order!

Once an item has been shipped, you will see a “Track shipment” link just below the item’s shipping status (if available). This will take you to the carrier’s shipment tracking page where you can monitor your shipment’s progress as it makes it's way to your door. (Please note: automated tracking features are not available for all carriers.)

In addition, you can click a link at the bottom of your tracking page to visit your personal Yahoo! Shopping order status page. Here you will be able to view all of your Yahoo! Shopping orders from any Yahoo! Merchant. From there, you will also be able to view all items you’ve placed in your shopping cart from any and all Yahoo! Shopping merchants! There are also many helpful links to help guide you through Yahoo! Shopping.
