About International Orders

We are happy to ship international orders for our customers. However, due to the wide variety of shipping regulations and costs, we must add a portion of the shipping costs to orders shipped outside the United States.

All international orders will include at least one copy of our billing invoice as is required in most countries.

All customs duties, fees, import certification, etc. is the responsibility of the importer (customer). Please contact your local consulate or customs agency for information on import regulations and/or restrictions prior to placing your order with us.

Effective March 30, 2005 all international orders will be assessed a fuel surcharge tax which has been implemented by all major air carriers. The rate is subject to change and is currently set at 9.5% of the shipping costs only.
